Welcome to BlokZoo! These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BlokZoo website, including all content, features, and functionality (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

  1. Ownership and Use of Site Content All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of BlokZoo or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without the prior written consent of BlokZoo.

  2. User Content You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, publish, or otherwise make available on the Site (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post, upload, publish, or otherwise make available your User Content on the Site.

You grant BlokZoo a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Site and BlokZoo's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

  1. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the Site to:
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any User Content transmitted through the Site;
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any User Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any User Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party;
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Site;
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent; or
  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose.

  1. Termination BlokZoo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice to you.

  2. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED BY BLOKZOO ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

BLOKZOO MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.

  1. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the BlokZoo platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the BlokZoo platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the BlokZoo platform.

  2. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold BlokZoo and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the BlokZoo platform or your violation of these Terms.

  3. Limitation of Liability In no event shall BlokZoo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the BlokZoo platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the BlokZoo platform; (iii) any content obtained from the BlokZoo platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

  4. Disclaimer Your use of the BlokZoo platform is at your sole risk. The BlokZoo platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The BlokZoo platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

BlokZoo, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the BlokZoo platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the BlokZoo platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the BlokZoo platform will meet your requirements.

  1. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  2. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

BlokZoo reserves the right to remove any content or terminate any user's account that violates our terms of use or is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.

By using BlokZoo, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlokZoo and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of our terms of use.

BlokZoo is not responsible for any transactions or interactions that occur between users on the platform. We encourage users to exercise caution and use good judgment when conducting transactions or communicating with others.

These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and BlokZoo and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal. These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlokZoo is located. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms of use shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our terms of use.

By using BlokZoo, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms of use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you are not authorized to use BlokZoo.
